Refund policy

We want you to love your Terrabarn jewellery. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unboxing video of your purchase is mandatory.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

- Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders.

How to Return

1. Contact us at terrabarnshop@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Ship the item to 8th mile, Shankaraa foundation premises, Doddakalasandra, Kanakapura Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560062
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund/exchange.

Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Banks or card providers may take extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only. Contact us for assistance.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel within 14 days without reason.
